I love it. I am only on it for part of my daily workout, maybe 20 minutes, for now. I was waiting to put it together until I had cleared a spot in my bedroom. Well, that was taking too long so we ended up just putting it up right in my living room in front of the fireplace. I'm so glad I did it because I have very few visitors except for family. It is sturdy and aesthetically not unattractive.
Not as pictured. No pink. But works as intended. Had dents and cosmetic imperfections. Box came slightly damaged. But does the Job.
Unpacking this before assembly, you can't help but notice how solid the pieces are. The instructions are good. The tools... not so much. Having a socket wrench and your own hex wrenches will help immensely. It took several hours to assemble but, once complete, is an impressive addition to my home gym.
Shipped safely, has worked great. Not much different than expensive ones found at physical therapy places.
This is a gym- ready piece of equipment. Very solid and easy to put together.

I love using this machine, it works my legs and hips very well. I took off 1 star due to the assembly. A couple of the bottom legs and the plate you stand on do not line up with the base of the machine. I was able to connect everything without using some of the holes but it made the machine a little unsteady. I fixed this by using a couple of 25lb weights I was not using. I layed the weights on the legs of the machine and it holds everything down so the machine does not move.
This stepper was easy to put together and is of decent quality for the price in my opinion. A small step stool is helpful for me to easily get on it since the pedals stay elevated. When using it I can feel the burn in my legs right away. But I'm still organizing my daily routine with the stepper and will update if I run into any issues.
Works well but didn’t come with required parts and customer support is very poor (sent several emails with no response). Had to buy the parts from local hardware store
