It is a stretch machine like most others in terms of functionality and features. And for what it is, it is a very good machine. I would say one of the best in its class for a combination of reasons. The build quality is great, the cushioned pads are comfortable, the steel has a good thickness to it, the machine feels sturdy. The best part is that buying this stretch machine gives you a lot of bang for little bucks. ($124.99 Flash Deal at the time that I bought it) A few of other of the seemingly popular stretch machines out there cost way more but basically give you the same functionality, features, and quality. The only thing that is missing that you can find with at least one other (and way more expensive) stretch machine brand out there is an adjustable slant board. But you can purchase a good and inexpensive adjustable slant board separately to compensate for that if you really want that feature. The quality of the stretch machine that you get for the low price that it is sold for -even when not on sale- makes for what I believe is the best value and best buy for this type of machine. If you're looking for a stretch machine, the Syedee/GMWD stretch machine is hard to beat.

The machine is great. Helps with accessory work. There were some issues with parts missing. 1 bolt and 4 steel spacers. However, Syedee customer service helped me via email. The parts are on the way to me - UPS tracking 1Z90689E04506 partial number here for my privacy.

it's a good piece of workout equipment for the price. It's meant to be use for shoulder workouts, but just I use for chest.

the machine design is amazing but the parts are cheap. the cable is low quality so i changed it to a higher load cable with better clamps and the wheel guides are plastic so I fabricated so metal ones to make the sure the cables dont come off the wheels. so some modifications need to be done to make it durable, thats why 3 starts

The main seat is too high off the ground and the seat itself is not wide enough it feels like you are sliding off and the corners of the seat are poking the back of your legs. Most of the stretching icons on the machine are off the machine itself, so you don't really need it.

I was SO excited for this stretching machine but the screws tighten but still is loose. We bought 2 different tools to tighten and none worked. I ended up hurting my tailbone from a result of the parts that were all the way tight to not supporting me. I'm 123lbs at 5”7 in. I've had 3 different people look at it and try to tighten l. I've reach out on help but no response. My mother in law is in her 80's and was really wanting to try it. I couldn't trust it for her to even sit on it.

horrible quality and dangerous design. read the prior reviews for their similar product. off-shore offered customer service offered $15 in lieu of a return. DO NOT BUY. Rusty damaged pieces and the pedals wont stay tight.

Received some wrong parts. Reached out to Syedee, and they said they'd send out replacement parts. It's been 2 weeks, and they still haven't sent replacement parts. Some of the "correct" parts I received had bad imperfections. Such as the holes that bolts are supposed to go through had metal in the hole that wasn't drilled properly. I had to redrill 5-10 bolt holes. Don't buy from Syedee. Poor quality control and poor customer support.
