I had trouble pairing this, Now it works. 1. Download SYLVANIA smart home app. 2. Tap add a group then Tap add a device. 3. Select Your SYLVANIA device. Good luck! Works. But very cheap . 7/10

Extremely difficult and frustrating to set up. Also, the range of colors could be more accurate. I would not recommend this product to anyone ever. Try the "Smart Life" WiFi bulb instead.

This lightbulb was absolutely horrible half the time my Google wouldn't turn it off I couldn't get it to work with my Alexa at all you would think that because it was Sylvania that it would work I would not recommend this to anybody you will just be highly unhappy by the Mercury brand you'll be much happier happier. I am techie, these Sylvania smart plus color bluetooth bulbs do not play well with Alexa. Countless hours of frustration and only sporadic results, connecting. Ultimately, no... they do NOT work with Alexa. Misleading label on the box. Do not buy if you use Alexa.

I had to return these bulbs. The apps don't work, you can't sync the bulbs. It was a ridiculous process that I didn't want to embark on. Got the C by GE instead. Much easier and they work perfectly

I bought both a smart bulb and outlet. I've had the bulb for quite a while now and I always have trouble with it. The bulb either disconnects randomly or it's completely unresponsive and I have to go through the process of connecting it back to my phone. The outlet does not even connect to the Sylvania app or Homekit at all, There are no videos on how to connect the outlet. I've tried literally everything, resetting them, resetting the Sylvania app, resetting the Homekit app, entering the codes manually, leaving them off for a while, etc. Neither of them connect to the company's app properly. Overall the products from this company are a waste of money, time and poorly designed. I DO NOT recommend.

I purchased these lights because it says they work with Apple HomeKit. I spent at least 2 hours trying to get these lights set up, and I am reasonably tech-savvy. I download and the SYLVANIA smart home app as recommended. I then tried to set them up for HomeKit in that app, and I could not get them to work; the lights just kept blinking. Finally, I took the lights and put them one at a time in my lamp and was able to get them to work. So I would set one up then transfer it to where I wanted; once I frankly set them up, they worked great for one night. The next day all lights had lost connection even though I never used the switch to shut them off. I tried what I had previously done with no success. Yes, these are cheaper than Philip Hue, but it looks like I will be trying those next, and these are going back to Walmart. I sent 80 bucks total for four lights and am disappointed. I also watched the videos on their site and read all set up instructions.

Worked for 2 days before it stopped responding. Tried to do a fresh setup and removed the bulb from Google Home and it's no longer detectable. Don't waste your money on this, you can't control it any other way without it being able to connect to Google Home. There are others that apparently come with a remote, those will be better.

Do you honestly have to have a phone in the same room as these devices in order to keep your Bluetooth mesh connected to your WiFi speaker. if you don't have a gateway i mean. Sylvania blew it with these mesh bulbs and plugs
