Great magnesium supplement!
I've been really happy with this magnesium glycinate! The capsules are easy to take, and I like that it's gentle on my stomach. I also appreciate that each serving provides 275mg of elemental magnesium, which is the actual amount of magnesium you're getting from the supplement rather than just the weight of the magnesium compound. I like knowing exactly how much magnesium I'm getting per serving. It's also made in the USA, which is a big plus for me. Overall, it seems like a high-quality supplement with clean ingredients and has been a great addition to my daily routine. I'd definitely recommend it!

Ingrediants are clean, it helps with sleep and relaxation. I am perimenapausal so have stuff going on and this helps ease the symptoms for me.

I can't give this a good rating bcz I didn't receive product. there was a refund issued on order saying product lost
