Sylvia's Mustard Greens, 14.5 OZ (Pack of 12)

I grew up eating fresh greens only. However, since mustards only seem to grow in winter/colder months (and they are my favorite of all the greens--kale being a close second,) they can be hard to find since it doesn't really get cold in Florida. Found these online while frantically searching everywhere for mustards, and I was shocked at how they taste. They were pretty good straight out of the can; not sure what I was expecting, but the taste wasn't bad. However, you know you have to "fix/work with" any food that comes out of the can. So, I put smoked turkey wings and ham in the crockpot for 10 hours, rinsed the meat, and rinsed the greens. Added seasoning to the greens--garlic, Adobo, garlic salt, onion powder, pepper, a pinch of sugar (to counteract the vinegar taste,) etc. De-boned the meat, combined with the greens and cooked everything for about 15 minutes................ incredible.
