I had this carport for a little while now. It came in two big,heavy boxes and definitely took two people to move. The quality looks really solid,no worries about wind or rain blowing it away. I'm planning to keep it in the back yard long term as a shade and rain cover for the kids , and now I'm getting ready to buy a double one for the front yard too. Hopefully I can get a little discount or free shipping on my next order.

great value i put 2 together to make it 30' long i received my order in two days UPS if you pay attention to the instructions, it goes together very easily. The second one went up in half the time is the first one very happy with the purchase.

Was not " posted" as to thickness of roof material ; lighter than I expected . Assembly was completed in about 2 hours using two men with average use of tools guided by instructions . Bought two shelters---Assembly of second faster by way of learning experience .

Buyer beware. Factory applied protective plastic coating needs to be removed from every roof panel prior to install. Extremely challenging and time consuming to remove by hand. Very thin material the rips and is wrapped tightly. If I had known of this I would NOT purchase this product. It's still not fully assembled and have spent over 6 hours removing plastic protective film. Poor packaging design that needs addressed.

There are eight pieces missing so canot put it together . Havent been able to contact anyone to try to get the missing parts. Could you give me intructions on how to return this itom?

It ships in Heavy multiple cartons. I originally requested that a signature be required, so that we could refuse Any Damaged Cartons but they responded immediately that wasn't normally done and that They would take care of any issues. BUT, one of the eleven cartons lingered not arriving with the rest. Days later it arrived damaged, Badly and they had me open it and take pictures. In fact some contents were missing, assuming they got damaged and Removed. Now we are Still Without a Complete Unit and Get This They Are Not In Any Hurry to Get us the missing items or Reship, and send a call tag for the banged up parts we have. Nope they are sending endless emails doing nothing and Walmart doesn't seem to gotten any where's either. Two Thousand Dollars and Nothing we can put together. AVOID THIS COMPANY,,, WE ARE SEEKING OUR MONEY BACK NEXT.

This item states that it is heavy duty and is built to help snow slide off. Neither of these are true. The grooves in the sheet metal are the wrong direction for snow to slide off. This carport collapsed yesterday on my son's truck.
