Rated against other flavored protein powders I've personally used, this one mixes well without a blender, tastes as described, and requires no additional calories. It is complete with both whey protein isolate and casein protein isolate. While it does contain some fillers for flavoring and calorie count, virtually all flavored protein powders do. With the cost of pure isolate protein powder being double what it was a year ago, and with pure isolate only being available in chocolate, vanilla, unflavored, and rarely strawberry, BSN Syntha-6 produces a nice variety of ice cream flavors, including this one. I'll be buying it again.
This is one of the best tasting protein shakes you'll find out there. If you aren't up for the hard core nasty taste but you want to break into doing healthier protein drinks, this is your start. Highly recommend.
Best brand of protein powder there is. Flavors are always great and not chalky at all, would definitely recommend giving it a try!
Honestly the best tasting protein I've had in my life.
I've tried different flavors %26 this one is the best yet!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Syntha 6 protein mix and the cookie dough is definitely my favorite flavor. I have drank a lot of it . It smells like chocolate cake batter. It also mixes well with milk super creamy and smooth with no after taste . I use it as a post workout or dessert snack. It really gets you full and is easy to digest .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I really enjoyed BSN Syntha-6 Cookie dough protein powder. Compared to other protein powders I have tried, this one has a much better taste and smoother texture. The cookie dough flavor is delicious and feels more like a treat. It mixes easily with all kinds of milk and water and has a creamy consistency without an unpleasant aftertaste. It is a great option after workout or as a quick snack . I would defer recommend it to anyone who is interested in buying protein powder.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really enjoyed using BSN Syntha-6 Cookies Flavor. The ingredients provide an excellent amount of protein blend, and the cookie flavor is truly delicious. It mixes very easily with water or milk. The size is really large, and I love taking it after my workouts. The container is sturdy and easy to close, keeping the product secure. I love the value for money because it's easy to buy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This protein powder mixed very well! It was not to thick nor chalky as other protein drink yet it still kept me full and satisfied! Not only did this protein actually taste like cookie dough, but as you blend it, you get a gust of cookie dough smell.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture attached is a single serving size exactly. Whenever you are going to open up tghis bottle you are going to get a whiff of sweet ice cream which is nice. The serving size of scoop to water does need proper time to mix together, once they do you have a light and smooth drink. The flavor is noticeably sweet and present with a nice linger. Usually with protein drinks you don't want to have anything chunky but you'll need to expect the ice cream pieces in this. If you are deterred by any pieces whatsoever, this wont be the drink for you. When you get it cold enough it's almost like meted ice cream. While I found my experiences of drinking this to be alright, I still wouldn't rate it as great. For active and more avid gym goers, this drink is going to be more of a calorie bomb than a protein one. I don't see any high active gymers finding value in the cost, calories or benefits. But I do imagine that people jut looking into getting into protein to find some value to this. Taste and texture are going to be a huge deterrent for beginners looking into adding this into their daily or weekly diet habits, and this never felt like a chore to drink down.
