Excellent item for bariatric patients

Whey protein isolate is not for the severely lactose-intolerant.

Mixes well into black chai tea. I prefer to mix mine warm the night before and leave it in the fridge to cool overnight. Personally I can taste it but this product is the best out (I've tried a lot!). I recommend mixing into something that would taste ok if you put a bit of milk into it. Switched to this because I noticed that the artificial sweetener in my favorite flavor (syntax nectar iced tea) was trigger sweet cravings. My cravings are less and I'm still getting protein morning.

Love this protein powder. But expensive

It's ok I can taste it but it's tolerable.

Blends excellent. Not thick. Does not taste like tea or lemon tea at all! To get any taste you would have to far exceed the recommended (1) full scoop for a 20 ounce cup which defeats a low calorie / high protein (good tasting) product. Sorry for the not 5 Star or Fantastic review. Honesty is Best. 🤷‍♀️

I never got this package and they are not willing to give me a refund, they have not idea what they are talking about I have call more than 6 times and every single time they have no idea and they write stuff down and not sure what they do with it .
