this eye drop is the best.Being a white milky product it doesn't cake up. I should know I have been to 3 eye specialist. And they all recommend the same product.

Prefer the vials as the bottle comes out too fast and too much so much of it drips down my cheeks and gets wasted. Costs more up front but in the end saves money using the vials. And I take them with me in my pockets.

this stuff feels AWESOME and reseals with a "click." No preservatives means: 1. use it promptly after opening because it could become contaminated quickly (i use half at bedtime, seal the vial and finish the fluid in the morning after waking... checked with my doc who said, "Okay.") 2. DO NOT leave these in a car glovebox or in any other hot location... as with any other medicine. My doc wanted me to stop using 'redness' fixes, and support the health of my dry, rosacea-eyes with clinically pure drops. Systane is a great brand.

My eyes have been so dry this allergy season that I needed to try something new. These preservative-free, individually packaged eye drops are helpful. Typically an eye drop disappears in a split second. If I put two drops of this in my eye, it gathers and pools! It works quite well, despite some concern over the main ingredient. Although they work great, you are meant to put 1-2 drops in each eye, and then discard the vial to avoid bacterial/fungal growth (no preservatives). Each little vial holds about 20 drops, so if you use 2 drops per eye, you're either throwing away 4/5 of the total product or risking infection.

There are added ingredients that did not agree with me. The solution is cloudy or milky white. Systane Complete eye drops are cloudy and milky white because they are formulated as a nano-emulsion containing mineral oil and phospholipids. This specialized mixture helps coat and protect the surface of the eye. I had an allergic reaction and returned these eyedrops. My eyes itched and swelled up after continued usage. I had to go to an emergency room for treatment of my eyes.
