Much better than other drops and preservative free, which is important when putting something into your eyes.

I bought this product upon the advice of my Ophthalmologist who diagnosed me with severe dry eyes due to Sjogren's Syndrome ( normal Schirmer's test reading is 7, mine was 1.5) I was instructed to use this product 4s's a day. I don't know why when I use this product my eyes immediately feel dry and scratchy. I understand that being a gel, will coat the eye and everything is blurry for a few minutes after use. After going through my eyes being dry ,scratchy, and blurry for 10 minutes, my eyes begin to feel normal again. I can't say if this product is helping my sever dry eyes or not. When I finish this bottle, I am going to try another brand. I feel the same about their night time gel too. Perhaps this feeling is normal, I don't know as this is the first time using this product.
