The download did not work - tried to return item same day and said - downloads can't be returned. Tried to get technical support and they answered once and never returned subsequent e-mails. I purchased item with American express and will try to void payment. I am technical - UCLA Engineer and I've purchased System Mechanic via CD's and it has worked properly for me. I since purchased a MAC and installed the free software in my old HP laptop.
