The watch seems to be very durable, definitely giftable and the battery life is long lasting. I purchased for my 2-year-old grandson and although it's a little advanced for his age, it wont be long and he'll use the games to actually learn. He's loving it now with the music, pictures, camera! I bought this watch as a birthday present for my son. I tried it out for my child in advance. It is indeed a good gift. when buying this watch it requires a sim card which didn't come with the four that i purchased. no info on what kind of sim card is required either.
