T-fal Ceramic Excellence Non-Stick Frypan, 12 inch, Grey

My husband bought me one pan because I'm tired of all the expensive cookware sticking no matter what we do. I love my old fashioned cast iron black skillets but even those are limited. So he brought me home the dark grey one to try. We love it, never burns, because it wipes off. Sometimes the back gets an area but it is good after a simple light scrub!

I have a few smaller version of this pan and wanted a deeper, larger pan of the same make. these Ceramic pans from T-fal are amazing and so far(4 years) more durable and much more non-stick than my old teflon pans.

The pan is the perfect size to make many dishes. My favorites are a quick sauce with meatballs to cover pasta and peppered steak. It is small but big enough to fit and turn what I love to cook/fry.

The pans heat up fast and evenly. I really like how easy it is to clean them cooked food on the outside of the pan comes off easy as well.

Great value with stainless steel riveted handles and stainless base. Love the high sides but large surface area, which makes it extremely versatile. I can use it as a fry pan or braising pan. The coating is slick and my French toast slid around easily.

Easy to use and easy to clean. No more scrubbing. Very comfortable handle. Red logo in the middle of the pan lets us know when pan is properly preheated and ready to use. Definitely my favorite pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I adjusts have the hardest time cooking eggs. This pan right here is a lifesaver. I have cooked in it multiple times an have yet to be disappointed. My eggs didn't burn or stick to the pan. Which is what normally happens.

Excellent for sauces and holds up great in the oven. I love it so much I have a total of 3.

I'm dissatisfied with the pan because it is not flat which causes all the liquid or oil used in cooking to slide away from the center of the pan to the outer sides
