I also love how big it is, it's a sauce pan but I surely use it for cooking other dishes and it serves its purpose well. This pot has some weight to it and is also oven safe up too 500 degrees! The lid is very durable and fits the pan nicely. I love the amazing quality of this pan and want more!

After using it for multiple dishes I have grown to really like this pan. It has held up well to my metal cooking tools without any scratching. Also the cleanup on this is so easy, nothing sticks. It works better cooking something over others but was great cooking fish or risottos. Overall happy and would recommend this pan!

When I cleaned the pan it was easy to removed the burnt residue. I would only recommend if you don't use the lid or cook on medium/low heat
