For me, I only use it to cook egg. I didn't have to use oil at all and the egg didn't stick to the pan. It's very easy to clean. The heat distribution is great. I was going to invest in a hexglax but this may be just as good.

This is his pan and it's definitely standing up to his cooking. It cleans up so easy! I really enjoy using it to pan sear because it heats up so evenly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] T-fam 12 inch ceramic frying pan, excellent quality, ceramic material, the food does not stick at all, it has a thermo-spot health indicator, oven safe. I was delighted with this pan that makes my food easier and simpler to prepare because the food does not stick, it heats well, the size is larger than normal, for better care it has to be washed with a sponge and use silicone material to prepare food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the size and durability of this pan. It is easy to clean after and heats evenly. The center does seem a little higher than the rest of the pan so things slide to the edges but it is not a problem and cooks even.

Product arrived very quickly without any damage! Here are my notes about the frying pan — PROS: Not too heavy The food I cooked in it never stuck when I used a very minor amount of olive oil to pan fry Has a long wide handle that makes the pan easy to control when cooking and moving around the stove top Beautiful deep blue color Easy to clean Heated up evenly and quickly CONS: I wish it was a little heavier because the pan moves around on my stove top at the slightest push I gave this frying pan 3 out of 5 stars because I did not feel it's the same quality as my higher end cookware; however, I do think it's a great starter pan for a young adult learning to cook and its made at an affordable price point.

Well, first of all when you get this pan it's very cheap looking and cheap feeling. Not at all like older T Fal. The pan gets extremely hot and the edges are ragged. They're not milled correctly. It's easy to get burned on this pan as I did. Very bad product.
