These are quality built.The handles are very comfortable. The metal lid handles do not get hot as I thought they would. They work great on my flat top stove.

I owned induction cooktop and has been using T-far cookware for many years. This T-far is completely with induction cooktop. After using induction cooktop i can never go back to other types of cooktops. I can cook anything without sticking to the stainlesssteel. I don't use nunstickable cookware for health reasons. I think it's not good for your health using nunstickable at all. Induction cook tops i am able to control temp precisely without sticking to the cookware. I do recommend this product.

I seen several reviews on here about this cookware set, some good, some bad. However, this set is not, i repeat IS NOT non stick from the box. You must first pre-treat the skillets with cooking oil, as per many YouTube videos out there. Simple to do, use canola or similar oil in the skillet. Pour the oil into the skillet, until the bottom is completely covered. Turn the stove burner on high, and put your skillet on the burner that you just poured the oil in. Heat the skillet until the oil starts to moderately smoke. Remove from the heat and run the oil up the sides as far as you can. I used a folded paper towel to ensure I oiled the skillet all the way up to the top lip. With this being a set, pour the hot oil from that skillet into the next skillet and place on the burner to repeat the process on the second skillet. Pour the oil back into the first skillet and repeat the process about 3x each skillet. After the third time, allow both skillets to cool, then use water only to rinse the oil out of each skillet, and then towel dry. Your skillets are now seasoned and now non stick. Do not use anything that will scratch the cooking surface of the skillets (ie: brill-o pads or metal utensils), as that will create grooves that food will stick to. HOWEVER, If you use soap, or put these in the dishwasher, it will remove the oil film on the skillets, and take away their non stick coating, and you will have to repeat the process to put the oil coating back on them.

I love my new pans! I have had this set for a little over three months now and they are awesome. I use them daily and I am very pleased with their endurance. I tend to cook on high heat and these pans can take it. They are very easy to clean and I don't have to worry about them getting scratched. Definitely a great buy. I would absolutely recommend them they are a great set!

I'm really impressed with these! They cook really well, and the handles don't usually get too hot. They've been easier to clean than any other stainless steel pan I've used (especially after a quick soak). I was able to fit them all--lids included--into the oven drawer...they're very durable, too! The 2 cooking tools (which are plastic, not steel) are an added bonus as well...I didn't expect to use them so often, but they've proven pretty useful! They hold up quite well to heat...I can rest them in the warm pan without worrying about them melting.

You can cook tons of food and then they wash out with no sticking. Make sure you use the plastic utensils that come with the set so you don't scratch the surface of the inside of the pans. The clear glass lids make it easy to see your food without having to take the lids off. The steam hole in the lids allow the steam to escape resulting in less boil overs.

The pots and pans are easy to cook with the food will not stick as long as you use it on medium heat plus the high heat get super hot quick and you will notice the handle get hot as well. Do not use cold water in your pan it can damage or cause discoloration. The pots and pans are easy to wash if you have food that gets stuck let it sit in water for a few minutes and it will easily wash out.I really love this set it's definitely been worth cooking with.

i have had my set for a week now.i am very happy with it. alot different then my old non stick set. the fry pan did discolor some but this is normal according to t-fal. the pans do heat up quick and even. overall a good purchase as i bought it on sale. very satisfied : )

I have no clue what pan set these other got but they must not have gotten the same "nonstick" pans I got! No matter what I cook, no matter what temp I cook, and no matter how much oil/ butter/spray I use, just about EVERYTHING sticks to and burns to all of the skillets!! I've not had any issues with the pots other than the kids get too hot to remove without pot holders, but the skillets are the absolute worst!! so disappointed as I've owned other T-Fal pans that I loved!! I give this set one star and solely for the pots.
