I’ve got to say this is a great knife, not only is it sharp but also very versatile. Not sure if it was made for that but veggies, to cheeses to steak, all cut with no issues. Would 100% recommend

I’ve tried hard vegetables, soft vegetables, meat, cheese, and everything worked great! I do wish it came with a sleeve since it’s so sharp.

It is so sharp that you do not even need to apply pressure when slicing through certain veggies/fruits. I opted to cut an apple to see how much pressure was needed and it cut so easily. I would highly recommend for anyone who does a tone of food prep with chopping involved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The T Fal Ice Force 7in Santoku knife has a very sharp blade that cuts very nicely. It chops through vegetables easily and through the skin of an avocado with little effort. It has a good balance in the hand. My only drawback is that the handle feels a little light, kind of hollow. All in all, though, a very nice knife.
