My first ceramic pans. Takes less oil then nonstick. You can turn pancakes with out brking tm. Mostly i feel they are more safe then nonstick health wise .

I seem to go through a lot of saucepans (mainly because hubby is rough on them), but these have really taken a beating and other than the bottom being a little scratched from rubbing against the gas grates, the interiors still look like new after a year! Superior non-stick surfaces. Really happy with these.

I found out that their are 3 types of pans. They are non stick pans ,cerramic pans.and nonstyick ceramic pans. I have the non stick ceramic and the eggs just slide out just like Emerald shows in the N commercials I cooked potatoes covered with cheese and they slid out without even an egg turner. They clean up in seconds sparkling white every time just like new. Im goin to get my daughterlaw some for her birthday in march. They get 6 stars

So far the pans have worked perfectly. Nothing sticks and defiantly easy to clean

these worked great for like a week. then they start to stick more each time and 4 months later they are just trash. i only use medium heat and know how to use these

Barely 2 weeks old. The bigger pan is still better than the small one. This one is totally gone. Have called the T fal customer care...hopefully they will replace it . They asked me to email pics..so i have...
