T-Fal Performa Stainless Steel Fry Pan

Like this pan. Have glass cook top. The pan does not warp. To clean, dissolve soda in water and simmer in pan until cooked residue is loose.

My first impression wasn't good. I fried some burgers and some breakfast sausage and I really had to scrub it with a green pad and it was hard to get it totally clean. I decided to give it another try and started using Brillo pads. It's seems to be getting better with more use. I was surprised that it made an excellent omelette; without sticking. I was so fed up with buying new non stick pans every few months. I probably buy 3 new non stick pans a year. This might be my favorite new frying pan because my main thing is enjoying an excellent omelette.

The pan looks beautiful when you first get it. Then after you cook on it and try to clean it up, it's a nightmare. Scrub and scrub for twenty minutes with barkeepers friend, Dawn detergent and it still won't come clean! those techno release ridges on the pan bottom are really a pain to clean. Not the cooking experience I was looking for. Will order some Amazon Basics stainless steel induction compatible frypans that have smooth bottoms next month. I'm done with the T-fal brand for good.

don't buy this pan. I have it. it's like nearly impossible to get it totally clean. all those things that stick up make countless crevises that are extremely hard to get clean. if you buy a stainless pan like this, buy one that has a smooth surface
