T-fal Preserve Ceramic, 13 Piece Nonstick Cookware Set, Champagne

We were at a beach house a few weeks ago and there was a small T-Fal pan there which I used several mornings to make my eggs. I immediately fell in love with the pan given the ease of cooking and clean up. The pan was this fantastic green color which unfortunately I was not able to locate on line. But I ordered the gray with the gold handles in two sizes and I am just in love!!!! I have made my eggs, an omelette and reheated chicken fried rice. I have an assortment of cooking pans, cast iron skillets, etc but I find myself now using these again and again!!!!!

I have used T-Fal pans for years and like them. With proper care they last a good amount of time. I know that there are many non stick pans out there that are very expensive but these fit my budget and I cook all the time. So I'm happy with this brand.

I worked as a Chef for 38 years and have used many brands of cookware in that time. The T-Fal set that I bought is for my home. I have only had the set for less then a week, but have been using them every day so far. I am pretty impressed with them for my cooking so far. The non-stick helps with the clean-up, no Hot Spots like in some other brands and they look great hanging on my pot rack over my island. Yes, I am happy to show them off in my kitchen. The only one thing that I would have to say that would help me give them a 5 star review is, having lids for the two frying pans in the set would be very helpful for the cooking I do.
