[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pan! 5 qt ceramic, nonstick and has a very nice glass lid. Perfect for cooking for a family. There is a middle heat sensor that changes when the pan is preheated, which is a really cool feature. The lid is thick and sturdy and fits perfectly! Long handle makes it easy to move the pan around without issue and it can be put in the oven also! Perfect addition to our cookware.

Most recently, I made a Korean Spicy Pork Bulgogi and the surface area of the pan was perfect with the amount of food that was in it. The pan distributed and maintained the heat evenly. I would highly recommend this pan.

Great pan and great price If you are looking to replace an old skillet this fits the bill. Read directions before use especially if you are unfamiliar with a ceramic pan. A bit of prep for first use and won't need to do that again.
