I have boys and these hair tamer products are a must here. I like their spray and cream already because their products actually work and do as they say, so I was excited to see this convenient tube of hair tamer. The wand is like a mascara wand and I love stashing this in my purse for mornings when we dash out of the house and forget to comb down some hair. One to two swipes and we are good to go. It is a slightly thicker gel like consistency and so a little goes a long way.

I have a lot of flyaways and this truly takes them. Easy to use like a mascara wand. Just brush down the flyaways. Has a thicker gel like feel to it. When you run your fingers through your hair, you will feel it. But it's not noticeable to the naked eye. Cruelty free, paraben, phthalate and sulfate free, non-allergic ingredients. I would buy more again.

This hair gel works good! The mascara spoolie wand is perfect for grabbing even the smallest of stray hairs. The product provides a strong hold which is good for a couple of reasons - the hairs stay in place, and a little product goes a long way. The tube is small, but, again, a little bit of product is all that's needed. The size also makes it perfect for tossing into a bag for use on the go. As someone whose gray hairs grow in sporadically and stick straight up, this hair gel is a must have! The price is right, too!

This scented flyaway smoother works well with minimal mess. It's almost like a white gel equivalent of strong hold hair spray. It has the same crunch after it dries. I like that it doesn't make my hair look oily or wet the way many creams and waxes can. In fact, for how thick it goes on and how crunchy it dries, it's almost invisible in my hair.Applying it with a mascara type wand makes it easy to get it exactly where I want it. The only downside is that it takes a little longer than some of the less precise methods. This method also has the benefits of wasting less than something I have to apply with my fingers, and not getting my hands slimy and requiring washing it off after.I didn't expect the scent to be as strong, but it mostly goes away. I ordered this gel for my wife who almost always wears a ponytail and inevitably she has flyaway hairs at the sides. Sometimes she will wear barrettes on the sides if she is staying home, but for going out (we are retired) she doesn't want to wear the barrettes out so she uses a lot of hairspray which smells. So we thought this would be a good solution and it really does hold those flyaways in place. She had to learn to use a lighter hand when applying this gel because it really doesn't take a lot. If she uses too much you can easily feel it in her hair, but it isn't noticeable to just look at it. When using the correct amount of gel her hair doesn't get nearly as stiff where she uses it. And the rest of her hair doesn't get stiff at all like when she uses hairspray. She uses it like a mascara wand and she can get more than one set of rogue hairs with each dip of the wand. This nicely solved her flyaway sides when she wears a ponytail.

I know this is for kids -but I got it for myself to keep in my purse! This is basically like a clear gel mascara that you put over your flyways for those days that your hair is just crazy.It works really well and it did not make my hair look crunchy or gross. The tube is small and easy to use you just open it up and put the gel onto the hairs that are being unruly. It goes on wet and then it dries and holds them in place.I appreciate that it keeps my hair soft and doesnt make it feel like standard thick gel. Did not notice a scent which was nice. It's lightweight as they say, and it makes me look so much better.

If you need the most extreme, almost glue-like hold then this is for you!I found that my fine, thin hair in everyday situations was not quite the right demographic for this product. My issue is that it was so sticky/glue-like that I didn't like that feeling. What I did realize is that since this is an extreme level of hold, my kid in martial arts can use this when in competitions and having their hair slicked back tight is a requirement!The product itself deserves 4 stars but it was just not what I needed. Would definitely recommend if you need extreme hold.

I really like this tea is the team team in gel wand I have a lot of baby hairs and really needed a product that would help keep them back. I really like that this product is manufactured in the United States. That's a bonus, and I think the price point is on point, and worth every penny.The only con I have found, which may not even be a con for everyone, is that the bristles on the wand are so effective that the wand can get stuck in my hair as I'm trying to pull it out.

This taming gel works well. I have a lot of stray/baby hairs and this stuff keeps it in place. It uses natural ingredients like coconut oil. It's easy to bring along with you as it's about the size of a mascara tube. I find it to be a fair value. It smells nice, too.Be careful not to use too much product in one go, as it can look oily and feel a bit greasy. This product has a lot of promise. It says it's made from natural ingredients. (See my last paragraph here for elaboration.) It's alcohol-free, so it doesn't dry out the hair. And, it's made in the USA.I've never used a hair product that smooths on with a mascara wand, but it makes a lot of sense. The essence can embrace each individual shaft of hair for maximum coverage. And for flyaways, the product doesn't need to be applied too deeply.If I had fine hair that tended to lay flat, with only occasional flyaways, it wold be perfect. But I have long, very thick, unruly hair, that's MOSTLY flyaways. I had really hoped that this would be a miracle for me, and help keep my hair under control, but I think I need a magic wad to do that.The only thing that makes me unhappy (aside from the fact that my hair is impossible) is that one of the pictures in the T is for Tame ad suggests that this is made with coconut oil and vitamin E, but I don't see any mention of this in the ingredient list. All the listed ingredients are natural (or something natural that's processed), but these just aren't included. Because of this, I'm only giving it 4 stars.
