Surprised and satisfied
I love the phone! I was so surprised with the quality of the phone. Also very surprised with all the things that were included such as case, screen protector, ear phones, charging cord, and had some charge already on the phone. I've never bought a phone with so many items included. Great value for the price! I love the size and look of phone. It was so easy to program and make calls.

sold as a T-Mobile device, but took it to the T-Mobile store and they said it was not compatible. I took it to Walmart and tried to return it and they won't take it back. I have my receipt and it is still in original packaging. they said they can't take it back because the IMEI number is not printed on the packaging.

Highly disappointed !
will T-Mobile said that the phone is not a unlocked T-Mobile phone and only parts of it are compatible so half of the features don't work and the battery if its not plugged in will die!!

i didn't like it because it doesn't work the phone doesn't work when i get calls it doesn't ring you have to watch your phone to see if a call comes in
