T-Mobile Prepaid $50 Direct Top Up

Living on a fixed income it is a blessing to have the T-Mobile pay as you go service. I have been a customer since 2004 and I have been more than satisfied with there service. Having the convienience of refilling my minutes at my local Walmart is a blessing as well.

I always use direct fill up. It arrives within a few minutes. No scratch off to mess up or numbers to read. Love it

Better use email delivery, because it would be some problems with direct pop-up

I have used several different companies in the past. One negative is coverage area is not as good as claimed. I had other pre-paid companies that had much better coverage than T-Mobile. Visiting family in rural areas that cannot get reception unless, like in the scene of a comedy movie, one must stand in a specific spot inorder to call out or receive calls and messages. Otherwise at home we have great reception and it works as it should. Second, we are forced into using pre-paid because our identity was compromised a few years ago so we have had to place a freeze on our credit. Regular T-Mobile service expects to gain the knowledge of a social security number in order to open a regular account. We will not share our SSN because our identity has been stolen. That part of T-Mobile service has NOT allowed us to use their regular services.

never use direct top up. it doesn't work. T-Mobile says that they received the funds and they're completed, but it hasn't been added to my balance. several representatives and tickets later, I'm still waiting for this to be applied. it'll probably work out in the end. at least T-Mobile says they received it, but this is the second time this has happened. maybe the third. I was successful using this a couple of times, so I thought the issues were fixed, but apparently not and I'm dealing with it again today. the representative can see that the payment was received by t-mobile. T-Mobile agrees that they've seen it and it's there, but it's not applied to the balance. it's just sitting in the account unusable until somebody fixes it. get the kind of top up that's emailed to you with the pin number, and enter it manually. that one always works for me. don't do direct top up.

The refill epin or even direct top up takes a couple of days here. So if you can just visit a store or buy somewhere else. Ordered a direct topup which is supposed to be instant. After a few hours, talked to customer service they said a few minutes may be. Then they said a couple of hours. Then i was told to wait 24 and 48 hours after waiting for the thing for about 5 hours. Eventually had to cancel cause I didn't see this going anywhere. Pain. Dont bother.

My purchase was cancelled without any reason.
