This thermostat is easily installed into the typical 1-gang wall unit. programmable and manual modes are great. Pricing for this unit is reasonable compared to other digital thermostats for baseboards.

It looks great, it's working perfectly and we love it. To change settings, you open side doors, a little tricky, but prevents accidental changes. I still have to read to learn how to program it (just installed a few days ago)

This is the real deal, and about half of what some others charge. I've had one of these in my bedroom for over 10 years; it's nice to get in bed in a warm room, but we keep it set really low during the day. I installed this in our vacation condo, and it works just as well, plus it has newer features (daylight-savings time, etc.)

Accurate and reliable. Maintains temperature within-/ 2*. Looks nice and unobtrusive on the wall. Easy to read display that is not too bright. Uses just the right amount of electricity to maintain temperature. Great product however installation is not for the diy.

This works well and was pretty easy to install. The installation instructions weren't the greatest, but good enough. Some YouTube videos reassured me that I understood it correctly. The buttons, screen interface, and instructions are a bit odd. In the end, I find the controls cumbersome. No doubt I could figure it out -- if I cared. I just use it like a temporary space heater while I watch TV in a room that's quite cold. I turn it on and set the temperature temporarily to what I want and then turn it off when I leave. The programming instructions seem complicated and the icons are weird. Still, it works fine for as little as I use it. I do like the way you can light it up to read it. If you're building or remodeling, DO NOT put the thermostat right above a wall heater. It needs to be installed a good distance away. I replaced an old thermostat that was installed right above the wall heater. I didn't want the headache of punching more holes in my wall and running wires, so I installed this product where the old one was. As the heater gets going, the room heats up nicely. But heat rises up the stud space to the thermostat, making it think the room is hotter than it is. So then the room gets really cold before it kicks on a second time. It takes a good 30-40 minutes of yoyoing back and forth till the room temperature stabilizes. The temperature I set the thermostat never matches the actual room temperature with this setup, but I've figured out where to set it. It's hardly this product's fault that some idiot put the thermostat right above the heater, but this product feels more sensitive to this issue than the old-school analog dial thermostat I replaced.

I liked how the thermostat was easy to hook up and was not to difficult to program, but the internal temperature sensor was bad so i ordered another one to see if it is better. If not i will go a different route.
