Salons straight hair in 10 minutes

Gina February 23, 2024

This hair straightener is amazing. It states one pass straightening and that is a fact. I have coarse curly hair and I have never found a straightener that could make it salon straight until this one. It takes 10 mins to straighten my hair. Best purchase ever.

Awesome

Kissie August 16, 2023

Leaves my hair full of body! The style doesn't revert either. Even in high humidity that I live in Louisiana. I have fine curly hair. African/European/Indian I'm considered creole. A little moisture would cause any style to without hairspray to end lol! But not with this!

T3 Lucea 1.5 comparison

Nela December 9, 2022

I compared the T3 smooth ID with the T3 Lucea 1.5, twice - once literally working on one side of my head for each, and then another time after blow drying straight to go over just the top section that is the most prone to frizz unless flat-ironed. Both were excellent at straightening, and I had a hard time to choose between them. Ultimately, the Smooth ID seemed to give just a slightly smoother finish, and the slimmer-width + more curved plates allowed for easy curling. However, I still liked the wide plates of the Lucea 1.5, and it's ease of use. I used to have very curly/coarse thick hair that took a lot of time + high heat to straighten. Back then, I would have preferred the wider plates of the Lucea 1.5, as I generally brushed out my hair and let air dry, and then flat ironed my whole head. After a keratin treatment ~3 years ago I stopped straightening for a long while - when I tried to blow dry and flat iron my whole now my hair ended up super straight but very flat. So now I'm generally blow drying and just flat-ironing the top section that's prone to frizz, so I have a smooth overlay, so the wider plates here are not needed as much. Still a great flat iron though, and seems very sturdy and easy to work with!

T3 Lucea 1.5

Karen August 30, 2023

Already own the T3 Singlepass and was very happy with it. However, my hair is now long so I purchased the T3 Lucea 1.5. It heats up very quickly and does an excellent job straightening my wavy hair. The reason I gave it a 4 star rating was the placement of the on/off switch. I find I accidentally turn it off when using. The switch is located on the outside of the handle. The switch on the Singlepass is located on the plate side of the flat iron.

Very Silky. Few adjustments

Izzy April 22, 2023

This hair straightener has gotten my hair super silky straight. I just wish it had a digital temperature and I wish the power button was placed somewhere else because I kept hitting the off button. But it did the job!

Great for now!

Elizabeth April 2, 2023

I have the Lucea ID but wanted a bigger version and decided to order this one. I can do my hair so much faster. Love the visual tool, the technology and it smooths out my thick, frizzy hair very fast. Took one star off because the cord came completely out of the base and I had to plug it back in. Seems to stay but made me a bit worried about the longevity of the tool and if it's actually high quality.

1.5” great for curly hair

Jojo May 18, 2023

I've had the T3 single pass 1” for years. It's been good but I didn't know what I was missing with the 1.5” until I purchased one for my daughter and tried hers. I have super curly (but not super thick just medium) hair that I never wear curly and it's a struggle! I blow dry with a round brush (with my T3 dryer) and the go over with my new 1.5” Lucea and it has made it so much easier and I can straighten larger sections at a time. I am a big fan!

Love t3 products, but this is too big for my han…

N November 10, 2022

I work one-handed on my hair, and this was Too big and heavy for my hand to use one- handed. My other t3 products are lighter. I imagine the 1” plate would have worked better for me. Also, I could not get a curl with this, but heats up amazingly fast as all t3 products have. For me, I just need a different model. For someone with larger hands or Elwin works 2 handed, this may not be an issue.

Heats quickly but turns itself off while in use

Erica N June 3, 2023

Overall I like the T3 1.5" straightener. I am able to create waves as well as straighten my hair very quickly. It heats up very quickly as well. My main complaint is that it turns off repeatedly while I'm doing my hair. I can't tell if its because I'm accidentally hitting the button or if its just turning off? Either way, I've never had this issue with any other curling iron or straightener so it shouldn't be happening with this one.

Totally wrong item in the box. Whoever packed this box put it used wrong item. Be aware they don't send you right product.
