Came packaged like crap, as if it went through the ringer! No instructions, came in pieces. Baffled that it can be sold like this! No holes in the compartment for batter to steam. Useless product, poorly packaged, terrible experience!

This item was defective and there were no holes inside the cups, only around the plate. So returning the item.
