Just very reliable and put together so fast. Very polite and courteous to me. Everyone that has been sent but one has been a very professional behavior and efficient at what they do to deliver and leave. Very nice employees have been coming here for three years. Don't what I would do without this fabulous service by Walmart. Very impressive and very needed by a lot of elderly and disabled citizens. Walmart I can text and let you know just how marvelous you all are. Seems like my life would be over and I would be put away somewhere without your service.

The dresser is amazing. I put it together myself. Very high quality, HOWEVER, I thought it was being delivered assembled. I didn't know anything about Angie. They had emailed me an appointment without even calling to see if I was available. The person called me on the appointment date and said he'd be here shortly. He never showed up and again, just happened to look at my emails and one said they had cancelled me and the other had made an appointment for that same day hours earlier. I have been going back and forth between Walmart and Angie trying to get my $246 assembly fee for the three items I ordered from Walmart. Love the product, but I would never deal with Angie and I will never order furniture from Walmart again. Now I have to send back the 2 chests I ordered because I'm not up to assembling them. Also, it says right on the box “2 person lift heavy item” and fedex left it downstairs (3 boxes) I had to “walk” the boxes to the elevator and walk them to my apartment. So between fedex and Angie, this was a HORRIBLE experience.

Do not purchase items from Walmart Marketplace, as these items are often not eligible for return or replacement. In my case, the situation was worsened by the assembly service—the assigned service pro caused additional damage during assembly. I also reported the issue to Angi, and the only response offered was an apology. This resulted in a total loss and an expensive lesson learned.

the person they sent could not even read English did not even finish putting anything together it took him 2 hours to put two drawers together that were put together wrong also left pieces all over the room and he walked out of my house as he said he doesn't get paid past 2 hours he played on his phone and just had no idea what he was doing he had no reason being on that site and being sent to somebody's house to help them. especially someone who is disabled as I am even my daughter friend fixed his mistake but he broke pieces causing the whole thing to be trash.Also Vanity is super small for like 5 year olds its nothing like picture

item not assembled, and Angi hasnt reached out to me. i was told from a Walmart customer service to call Angi and to see if they have my information. i wanted a refund but was told i can't get one because Angi already has my money. the money i didn't authorize with Angi.

This Angi was not successful for us. We paid $79 extra to have a tv stand assembled. Which, we are in our 70's and thought it would come assembled. I learned that wasn't the case so after 2 failed attempts of rescheduling - on THEIR part - we cancelled %26 our son-in-law put it together for us. Angi left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I paid a substantial additional fee for delivery and assembling for my elderly parents. The two heavy boxes were left at the bottom of the porch steps on a day when thunderstorms were predicted. Fortunately, a neighbor was able to bring it inside and assemble it before the storm. I have reached out to customer service, and they said they would call me back about reimbursement, which they have not. That was several days ago, and I still have no resolution.

I received a message with a person assembling the chair, but it arrived today in new, in a box. I was expecting a phone call , a message if there was a problem , not a refusal of a refund for. an installation that never occured. the picture they sent me from Angi, was a LIE. My chair is unassembled in a sealed box. I am extremely disappointed. sad shopper

I was charged $109 plus tax for a Cabinets and Chest Assembly service that was never performed. Your provider contacted me on Sunday, but I declined the appointment because my store is closed on Sundays. No work was completed, and I did not receive any service from Angi. Since the service was not performed, I hired and paid another handyman on Monday to assemble the cabinets. Because no service was provided by Angi or its contractor, I am requesting a full refund of the $109 plus tax charged to my account. Please review my case and process the refund promptly. Thank you.

they did a poor job on putting together my tv stand even damaged it then said they wasn't reliable because of some 72 hours contacting the guy even showed up with no tools he had to barrow mine left the fireplace unsecured and the led lights were not stuck on
