Table Assembly by Handy

Assembly by Ashley (thru Angi) was fabulous. There was communication from the booking agent, Angi; Ashley was on time (rare for El Paso) she was efficient, knowledgeable, obviously experienced in assembly, shared with me details of the instruction booklet, cleaned her work area, took away the packing materials and finished eactly when she predicted. I have kept her contact info, as this person is definitely one I intend to contact again. As a homeowner, she is an excellent resource.

I used a handyman through Walmart and Angie. Dale was wonderful, polite, and did a fantastic job. He cleaned up when he finished and I would highly recommend him. Having him assemble my furniture was definitely worth it, and saved me a lot of frustration!

assembly was quick but handyman complained about wages he would get from Angi. Paid extra to have boxes broken down for me. I am 87, handicapped and could not do this. Had to get someone else to take broken down boxes to our trash just in our parking lot. He was in a hurry and didn't act like he felt good, was upset and needed water to finish the job. He was upset that I wanted him to break down the boxes even though he could see I could not. Not very professional of him

Failed to leave owner manual. There is a mystery plug on the back of chair that I think might have to do with USB ports because they don't work. He also failed to Velcro to pieces of material and just left them hanging. I think he was in too big of a hurry.

the person they sent could not even read English did not even finish putting anything together it took him 2 hours to put two drawers together that were put together wrong also left pieces all over the room and he walked out of my house as he said he doesn't get paid past 2 hours he played on his phone and just had no idea what he was doing he had no reason being on that site and being sent to somebody's house to help them. especially someone who is disabled as I am even my daughter friend fixed his mistake but he broke pieces causing the whole thing to be trash.Also Vanity is super small for like 5 year olds its nothing like picture

The dresser is amazing. I put it together myself. Very high quality, HOWEVER, I thought it was being delivered assembled. I didn't know anything about Angie. They had emailed me an appointment without even calling to see if I was available. The person called me on the appointment date and said he'd be here shortly. He never showed up and again, just happened to look at my emails and one said they had cancelled me and the other had made an appointment for that same day hours earlier. I have been going back and forth between Walmart and Angie trying to get my $246 assembly fee for the three items I ordered from Walmart. Love the product, but I would never deal with Angie and I will never order furniture from Walmart again. Now I have to send back the 2 chests I ordered because I'm not up to assembling them. Also, it says right on the box “2 person lift heavy item” and fedex left it downstairs (3 boxes) I had to “walk” the boxes to the elevator and walk them to my apartment. So between fedex and Angie, this was a HORRIBLE experience.

Angi hires the most laziest professionals. The first one never showed up but lied and said the assembly was completed. Then the second one also didn't communicate but showed up on time. He didn't assemble the tv stand correctly. He left out parts that were discovered after clean up. He also famed the stand because he didn't read the instructions correctly. It was a complete Nightmare. Angi services is not reliable and the professionals through the service are not professional. $150 for services that is incomplete and not accurate is not worth it.

i paid for the service, but the person never arrived or sent advice about whether he or she wouldn't do that today. my product arrived Thursday, and i waited for the person with an illusion to have my product assembled for today! this would be my second experience, the first 1 the person he was great. jamal i can give him 1000 stairs

If I could give zero stars, I would. Apparently you sent me an email with a link to schedule the assembly. I was never told that's how it works. I waited and waited to see if anyone would contact me. No. So after 1 1/2 hours of calling Walmart and Angi, not ONE person could help me. No One could resend me “the email with the link”!!!! (And I was NEVER notified that that is how I schedule the appointment - not ONE notice!!). How assanine!!!! I paid $89 and still have no one to assemble!!! Never again will I buy an assembly through Walmart (Angi).

I ordered this and paid for it to be assembled. They just put it by the door and left while I was away. My husband has dementia and was home with a caregiver. So he's been trying to put it together. He's not an assembler and this is so unprofessional to drop this onto someone with a brain disease. He's having breakdown and can't understand how to put it together. I paid for professional assembly to avoid all this $80 for a service never received. And now a dresser in pieces.
