I loved it till my 1 yr old grandson grabbed it off my nightstand when running to check on other crying kid. That cracked the screen unuseable. Don't have money to replace

I love the brightness and how i can make avatar of my grandsons on their screen. The options of monitoring their sights is a plus. I would definitely recommend them. I also got them cases and earphones that match each tablet. 🥰

It is everything I wanted in a larger tablet. Its a bit harder for me to hold since it is larger but still love it. Planning on using it for travel. Did have a problem at one hotel, the tablet requesting WiFi and couldn't connect. Love that it has a long battery life. Maybe should have gotten an upgrade on memory, etc. Wanted to see if I would like it first, so went with what my other tablet was. The price was too good to pass on.

This company does not send any explanation with their merchandise. The tablet has no stable settlement its goes dark you cant get it to stay on portrait setting. I am frustrated and I sorry I purchased this mosel.

I purchased this tablet as a Christmas gift for my seven-year-old. For the money, it's a pretty good deal, however, there's definitely some things that aren't up to par I would say. The screen is huge, which is wonderful. The operating system on it is clunky at best and very slow. We are also getting an error that keeps popping up and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make it go away, no matter if the prompts to fix are followed 100%. The speakers are decent, no complaints there. Overall it's a neat little tablet to goof around on but not it youre needing something practically functional. I ended up giving it to our 2 1/2 year-old and got my seven-year-old a little bit nicer tablet for her birthday instead. I wouldn't be expecting super high-quality everything with this tablet but if it's just for a kid. It's perfectly fine.

the tablet is very slow on downloading apps as well as opening or updating already installed apps. the audio quality (volume) is terrible also. among opening the box i charged the tab to 100% and played sleep sounds to check out how it sounded. the battery got very hot while charging and then did after only 3.5 hours. after trying to watch movies on Netflix the movie would freeze on 5g wifi a well as on my 5g hotspot..i ordered the tab as new but upon opening the box i saw a chip on the camera and scratches and swipe marks on the front and back of the tab. the label says "New" but it definitely is not new. very disappointed in the tablet as well as Wal-Mart selling something this low quality.

Display was acceptable but tablet was underpowered. Most actions were sluggish and display would frequently NOT rotate, or would rotate briefly and then revert back to portrait mode. Item was returned.
