DIRECTIONS WERE NOT CLEAR AT ALL. CONSUMER PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE SECOND TO LAST STEP, THE ARM WITH THE BALL THAT HOLDS THE TABLET WITH THE BALL AT THE END SNAPS ONTO THE TABLET HOLDER TRAY, AND IS VERY VERY HARD TO PUSH IN!!!

Used it three times and the piece that holds the phone/tablet already broke. One of the plastic elastic pieces that slide open snapped. Poor quality.
