TABU 12000 BTU Window Air Conditioner with Heat, Window AC Unit & Heater Combo with APP & Remote Control, Up to 550 Sq. Ft., 110V

This item was very much appreciated when my central heating air went out. We put it in our bedroom to kind of help with the 23,000 BTU. We also bought.

This unit works great. It heats and cools half of my house, including the lower den, upper den, dining room, kitchen, and living room.

It's a really good feature of having the ability to switch from air to heat during the season changes. Also, the app makes it perfect to use while not near the unit and energy saver is also another good ideal for this unit. Though, I have not yet installed it, but I know I'll be satisfied with my decision and it'll keep my area cool or warm.

I purchased an 18,000 BTU A/C %26 Heater window unit. I was charged an extra $99 to have it shipped. The unit arrived dented w/damage to the cooling fins as well. I hired a man to remove the old unit %26 install the new one. After removing the old A/C, he called to tell me the new unit was considerably smaller in size. I drove back home %26 discovered that instead of the 18,000 BTU I ordered, I was sent a 12,000 BTU. The hole in my wall now had to be boarded up until the matter could be resolved %26 I'll have to pay the installer for 2 service calls instead of just 1. I could not call the seller direct (China) %26 contacted them via Walmart customer service for a refund. It has now been a week %26 I have not heard anything from the seller. They contacted Walmart %26 said they needed pictures from me showing shipping label %26 the BTU rating on the box. However, they didn't mention how I'm supposed to get the pictures to them, not to mention they should already know what shipping label they put on the box %26 which unit was actually shipped…..delay tactics. Walmart has instructed them to provide a pre-paid return shipping label %26 a refund, 4 days ago but I have not had any response from them again. This 3rd party seller has no idea what “customer service” means!!!!!!

First, they sent a completely different item. i ordered heat/air unit. 1200 btu. i got a 8000btu air only. they wouldn't send the right one they wore me down to just keeping the wrong one. they wanted this one shipped back at my expense. I paid 100.00 to have it shipped here. i didn't even open it because i knew it was wrong. they said they couldn't arrange for a pick up frim my house. i know better. will never buy another product from them. They're just like Temu

i received the wrong item February 2 and seller doesn't send out shipping labels or qr codes so im contacting the better business and my bank for fraud.

I ordered a heat and air unit 18000 btu and received a air conditioner 12000 btu it's been 3 weeks since I sent emails and I still haven't received a email back maybe they will see this review and contact me.

DO NOT buy anything from Tabu Home. We ordered an 18000 BTU AC/heater unit and received a12000BTU. The plug was very hard to find in stores. It had received minimal damage during shipping. I started a return on it and they contacted me my email. They had me find a professional to check out the unit to make sure it worked. When they were finally satisfied they gave me an address to ship it to. I paid $148 to have it shipped. I have heard nothing from them in weeks and sent them another email. They stated they needed the tracking number. I did not have the tracking number. So now I'm out $499 plus $148 then $106 for the professional to check it. I guess I will know better next time

straight trash I could put a hand fan in Abraham Lincoln's hand right now and I'll get more cool air from him than this garbage. if you touch it you won't feel anything vibrate or working inside. it's supposed to be 18000 btu but It blows out air like it's 8 btu. trash. oscar the grouch wouldn't use this in his can.

I ordered this unit because it said that it was a 110 plug. it is not a 110 plug so I can't use it.
