I like this washer very much the only thing I don't like is the dryer it will not dry your clothes and the owner's manual is very hard to understand I had to go watch a video but I've learned how to use it the seller I will buy from again with excellent in shipping really fast I give him a triple A Plus And I live in her apartment complex so it's very easy to use I recommend this to anyone that needs a washer thank you also if you purchase this washer you have to put your clothes in your dryer and then you put cold water in the dryer to rinse the soap off your clothes you'll have to do this twice the owner's menu will not tell you how to do that I watch the video on it y'all have a great day thank you

It came a little early which was nice. And it's exactly as advertised. I love it. Helps keep the cost of laundry mats down. Since my apartment doesn't have hookups.

Purchased for longer camp trips and we absolutely love this little machine! The spin cycle is amazing and practically dries the clothes after a couple minutes. It's very easy to use and lightweight. Very easy to wipe down and keep clean! This little washer has paid for itself. We are a family of five and laundry piles up fast when camping so this has saved us money for sure!!

The drain hose is much to short. And the pump to drain has no power. To use it I had to lift it onto a small table so it could drain into my tub. Also the water hose didn't fit my sinks. I used my shower head to fill it not a big deal. I tried having it drain into a bucket but the pump couldn't push the water up an 8inch incline. It doesn't hold as many articles of clothing as advertised but it did clean them well, and the spin worked amazingly!

The hose that connects to the water source is too short, only about three feet long. The washer will not work unless the floor is perfectly level, and the floors in my old home are a little uneven. There is a bad smell put off during operation that smells like something is burning.

The first time I used it the spin cycle does not work at all and I did all of trouble shooting things to it.And I don't know what's going on but I would like to get send it back and get a different kind.

The spinner came cracked and the lid over the washer tub falls off . This is the second one I've owned. The first lasted a few years, This one wasn't put together right and can't be used ! Very poor

Spin dry dose not even work I've been trying to contact them for a new one or my money back for a week. Ridiculous I really don't even want it. Anymore it's just a headache it leeks and everything

if you are ok with a workout then please understand this machine will be Labour ous! I tried this and the water hose is useless it takes much too long to fill it and my machine requires 3Times Manual Labor: 1: I must manually dump 6-9gallons of water in machine CON: The Spinner is not strong enough. 2:After washing I must DRAIN 6gallons in an outside bucket that you do not give me and that is 6 more gallons or more to dump water in sink. CON: MANuAL LABOR 3:After washing with Spinner: I must WRING OUT each clothing. CON: TOO lazy to return. please REFUND me! CON: DRYER is small!!!!

The spin basket will only hold 1 bath towel at a time. There's no pump to empty the water. You have to drain the wash tub before you can spin because they share the water tub. With the exception of making blisters on the hands, It would be easier to just use a rub-board.
