We love it! Easy to use and works like a dream.

Great water cooler with ice maker. I love that it also has room temp water. Great for filling the coffee pot. Works good. It's a bit bigger than a standard water cooler. The downsides are that there is no clear door for the ice maker, the drip tray is very cheap/flimsy and the filling area is short, so you can't set tall glasses down to fill them, which isn't very convenient given how slowly the water comes out. I'm happy overall. It could just use a few design changes.

love it overall! the only issue us we were missing the grate that goes over the drip tray.

Is thier a customer service number to contact you. My water dispenser, ice maker broke. it's less than 1 year.

Piece of junk Went out right around the time the warranty went out didn't know that manufacturers only give you 3 months warranty went out just before 3 months didn't call Walmart intill after 3 months it was too late couldn't get a replacement or refund ice maker stopped working junk

don't want it. defective product need my money back started the return nobody has return my call, text or emails

Ice machine doesn't work. Tried to contact seller 4xs with noooo response!!!!!!

Nosy and if you pause the ice cubes to save water it will mess up the cold water for a long time, I hate it and am looking to return it
