Just got it Friday. Plugged it in on Sunday and doesn't work. It's now Monday and went to do the return online and already says not available for return. I will not buy anything like this from Walmart again. I hope someone from Walmart sees this and refunds my order. It's a lot of money just sitting to have only plugged it in one time for $130.

The ice maker started making a loud grinding noise and then stopped making ice after the second day of use. Contacted the sellers for a return and refund and kept getting the runaround. Paid 145.00 total which includes taxes and they tried to offer me 45.00 refund and told me that I can keep the ice maker. What am I supposed to do with this item if it doesn't work. Beware of this seller, they are not willing to give refunds and do not want their faulty products back.

Followed all set up instructions only to have it not work at all. Code says refrigerant tube defective needs professional work to fix.

The product was misrepresented as a soft ice maker which it was not.

This said it was a nugget ice maker. It makes square cubes.
