I bought 2 of theses air conditioners and they don't cool my apartment at all I would like to return or replace them

don't trust
I ordered a 14000 BTU air conditioner and they sent me a 12000 air conditioner saying it's the same ummm no you listed it as a 14000 BTU which is what I wanted and you sent me a 12000 BTU saying it's the same no sir it's not plus it's missing pieces. I would not trust this seller don't waste your time they don't want to refund or replace it saying that's what I ordered no it's not

Well you should make sure the b parts are in with it .my top bracket and the slides i didn't get
