the door was built backwards and the grease tray looked used like someone painted over it,its junk not sure if it will even work,the whole thing had flaws everywhere not worth almost 300$!!!

First use went ok. Unit leaks smoke from the door seals pretty badly. It lacks a chip cage but works fine putting chips in the bottom. Drip pans catch pretty much all the drippings. Ribs came out really nice temp stayed stable. If it continues to smoke from the doors. I will return it.

door does not close . Was damaged when came . did not have the time to send back.

Did come with a temp guide on how long to cook meat and what temperature to make sure smoker is on ..plus door didn't seal all them way

this smoker NEVER HELD the heat enough to smoke the meat I had to pull out my old grill to do the job RETURNED

Terrible set up! Can't get the door to seal properly and no phone or internet support! Huge regret! Wish I could get my money back!!!

The smoker came with no instructions, came damage,parts was missing, and had extra holes in the smoker , that shouldn't be there, I was very disappointed, returned item

I bought this for my husband as a birthday gift and we just tried to use it and it won't heat up.
