Cools very well. The only downside is keeping the water hose clear of water. When it does not drain, the unit shuts down.

you either were freezing or cooking with it. worked in an insulated area of 6x8 on a day 90° and above IF you also used a aprox 6"to 8" fan to circulate air in room.

The air conditioner is louder than expected, continues to give error code E4. It leaks terribly. So disappointed I wasted my money on this.

Compressor take for ever to kick in on the dummer heat.

Good price but doesn't cool

It worked one day before the compressor over heated. Then, the machine turned off, cooled down, and when i tried to restart it the compressor will only run for a few minutes before it shuts back off. theres no error codes and its been emptied of water. wont work properly. bummer this was a good deal on a 12,000 btu

I purchased this portable air conditioner, and it has been nothing but a disappointment from day one. The unit never worked properly, failing to cool even a small room. I tried everything to troubleshoot, but nothing helped. To make matters worse, when I contacted the company to return the faulty unit, they refused to take it back or offer a refund. Their customer service was completely unhelpful, leaving me stuck with an expensive piece of junk. Save your money and avoid this company – their products are unreliable, and they don't stand behind them.

I paid $49.99 for shipping,a FedEx lable was created on 10/4 but no movement on my item in 9 days after the FedEx tracking number/lable was generated. I canceled my order since it was never shipped out and now I'm waiting on my refund back to my account.

Do not buy this product it is labeled a 12000 btu but it is not maybe 5000-6000 plus they constantly fill up with water and shut off you have to dump every couple hours even when you run the drain hose I bought 4 for my house and got screwed
