my only issue was that both of them got delivered on different days even tho they both show deliverd when one of them appears, other than that its a great powerful little washer great for single home family or apartments, both of the units arent heavy to carry and the dryers capacity is bigger and works wonderfully over all pleased woth them this was a gift for my parents and so far the best one yet

the washer,the screws was missing and the dryer was binned in on top. The washer water hose had to be replaced because the one that came with the washer didn't fit my.

Only thing dryer is too loud

The washer walks a lot during the spin cycle, you have to reposition the clothes to help the cycle, but it cleans well enough. Good size for a single person or possibly a dorm room with a faucet.

I'm not happy with this item, when it starts spinning it makes a lot of noise, the washing machine rods don't work well and when it starts spinning it hits the sides and starts moving so you have to stop the machine, I had one machine for a long time and it never did that

i didn't realize how small and that these are not regular hookups

Dryer came and no damages but the washer came broken inside box and hadt o go to home depo to get other pieces just to atempt to rig it up this Is mary disappointing at the Most. I don't. Know if I was sent a refurbish washer . Definitely a waste of money

It does not match any normal washer hookups at all. I've had it over a month now and still cannot get it installed to use it.
