Surprisingly good and useful
I bought this because my local orders were out of circuit testers. Turns out, this product is a pleasant surprise and performed better than I expected. It uses AAA batteries and seem to have good battery life lasting through my various projects. It senses through EM field, so I can check questionable wiring through walls or plates without making direct contact to the wires or terminals. You can also adjust the detection sensitivty. LED flashflight function is build in, which is useful when you are trying to sort through wires in areas without a lot of direct light or when you turned off the circuit breaker for safety. This is a must-have tool!

Works great. Nice addition to toolkit.
Works great. Fast flash and tone over hot side of outlet, slow over neutral. Slow flash and tone over light switches. Great for finding which breaker operates which power circuit. Safety first, definitely would still double check with voltmeter before totally trusting the circuit is dead. Great price, thank you Walmart.

Works great
Ignore the pointless 1 star review talking about it being damaged in shipping; that has nothing to do with this product. I have an old Christmas light string of lights that I was determined to bring back to life. This works great to find where the fault is. I also have a tacklife jumpstarter and have used it twice with no issues.

Nice tool
Accurately detects live wires. Has a little display to show how much signal it's getting and a 'sensitive' mode to be sure it beep at anything with a pulse :D

very handy
Does well, easy to use. the light is a bonus. only thing to make it better would be if it was rechargeable. Detects live voltage in wires or electronics.
