This is the very best Kids Tablet on the market at the moment , loaded with lots of games so no need for internet as not all families can afford it.. My Grandchildren are going to love these which makes us very happy. And we are ordering another 2 very soon .

This is a great tablet for kids.. It's a little slow at loading and takes some getting and to how to use it. The preloaded games are for older kids. I bought for my 2 yr old and just added my own games to it and she loves it good product for the price

It glitches, shuts off wile playing it, doesn't stay charged, locks you in programs you don't want want to be. It's just not the right product for me.

Have to send the Tablet back & Get a Refund - Unable to charged the Tablet - I liked that the Tablet is Child Proof - So now I have to purchase a New Tablet ....

Purch. Tagital Tablet on Walmart.com for granddaughter. She received it on Dec 25, 2016. Tablet stopped working properly in Jan of 2017 after charging. WM would not exchange or refund on this tablet. Jan 21, 2017, less than a month after tablet was gifted, I attempted to get a replacement through MTM Trading LLC. This was their response: MTM Trading LLC Hi. I am sorry to hear that you have a problem with the item purchased. We provide 30-days warranty which is counted from the time of receipt of the item, unfortunately, your order is not on it any more. In this specific case, we cannot accept return for exchange or refund. I am really sorry for the inconvenience! Your kind understanding would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Linda This is so unfortunate! I have prefered to order on Walmart.com verses other sites because they make it easy to exchange sizes ect. if needed. This is so convient as most of my family lives out of state. Lesson learned: All products ordered on Walmart.com do not qualify for exchange or refund at local stores. Outside companies like MTM Trading LLC do not share Walmart exchange policies or stand behind product.

I was send a used tablet that want let me get into YouTube. Everyone I try to remove the about YouTube is unavailable it want move. The other thing about my the tablet it doesn't have a model number. I can't send my repairs paperwork without a model number no model on the box or on he back of the tablet.

I thought i was kid friendly .. Cannot take a 2 year old dropping it a foot in the air. Screen moved and blank white screen now.
