I was quite excited to get this product. I struggle with brain fog more often than I like, probably due to a combination of lifestyle and stress. I want to give my brain as much support as it can get. This supplement has a powerhouse of ingredients I usually take separately, and combines them all into one. The daily dose is two capsules, with different ingredients in each - and I am excited to experiment with taking one type on one day, and another on another day, to see if there are different effects on focus! I am hoping to be able to reduce my caffeine intake over time, with consumption of this product (no more foggy brain).

Sleep! I've tried many different things to sleep and i dont know if it's the California Poppy or the whole combo of both pill ( in the convenient pack) but I am asleep in about 5 minutes. I don't have 100 things running through my head, keeping me awake. Definitely worth it!

Few months back I became a proud father. With a baby my wife and I both had a sleepless nights and continuous work of feeding, diaper changing etc. Everything took a toll on my health. I like that they're in individual packets to take each day. So far it's working to help me sleep. I take them 30 mins before bedtime. I have Fluoroquinolone Associated Disability and insomnia is part of the disability. I cannot take medications as most of my symptoms flare severely. Natural supplements have never flared my symptoms. It also came in a magnetic closure box that pretty cute. Will be recommending this to my fellow floxies, family %26 friends.

Works really well. I was previously using melatonin and found this is more effective and also doesn't make me drowsy/sleepy still when it's time to wake up.

I do feel as though I get better, deeper sleep when I take one these at bedtime. I feel as though I am able to stay asleep and therfore have a deeper sleep and better rest.
