Watched it once, very disappointed in directions. Seemed to be all the same thing, over & over...even different poses. Very informative.

Tai Chi for Beginners
very difficult to follow for beginners, very little directions, and he is a mirror image, which means you have to do the opposite. Would not waste my money on this again.
