Ive been buying these for my girlfriend everytime she comes over, its a date night requirement, its her favorite food ( or she doesn't like my cooking) anyways,.. I was shocked to see the the amount of food you get in these containers, medium sized shimps packed with delicious seasoned rice at a great price. if you go to a restaurant you'll pay 3 times the price of 1 of these for the sane item...but why would you do that?
Delicious. One is good for lunch for 1, 2 for dinner for 2. and 4 for dinner with guests. The portions are perfect, the shrimp are a little small and everyone would want more but they are very tasty and the rice with the peas and carrots is delicious . Definitely on my grocery list.
Light dinner that tastes like clean %26 simple food. Love both the shrimp and chicken versions though I wish there was more shrimp. Plenty of chicken in that version. I eat them plain, whereas my husband would probably require soy sauce. Regardless, they are very tasty!
It's not too often I do a review about a food product but this one really is good. We live in a state where there's a lot of seafood shrimp and the shrimp in this rice even being frozen doesn't have that rubbery tasteless feel to it it's actually really good rice with shrimp. The shrimps are the right size. The flavor is excellent and it doesn't take long to cook at all it is definitely worth
This is surprisingly good rice. So easy to prepare, you don't even have to take the top off, just the plastic seal. No stirring. Lots of small shrimp. Good taste for frozen. Just add some soy sauce. Good amount for single serving. I have bought several times. Two or three different flavors/ingredients.
I used to buy these regularly, but hadn't in a while. I was shocked when I paid the same, if not more BUT the pkg has shrunk significantly. This was barely enough for one. The taste was fine for a quick frozen meal. As usual, the actual product doesn't look at all like the pic on the container, but that's w/every frozen meal I get. I got the chicken %26 the shrimp, they both could have used a bit more ckn %26 shrimp. The ratio to rice was not sufficient.
Disappointing little shrimp that belongs in a shrimp salad sandwich and not in a dish with fried rice. I was expecting shrimp; if using baby shrimp, then package should display 'baby shrimp.,' Package is misleading, Didn't like the taste. overall = horrible.
There was no seasoning in this at all. I added some with some soy sauce but it didn't help. The shrimp was just a piece of watered down lump of whatever. The container wasn't half full which was a disappointment. The cooking time is great is my only compliment. The rest you definitely need to work on.
This was, as I expected, mostly a vegetable fried rice, heaviest with peas, followed by carrots, and about 6 salad sized shrimp. I discerned no egg, onion, or other veggies. At~$3 it's overpriced for what it actually is.
This is the most disgusting "so-called fried rice" that I have ever tasted. I love fried rice and have eaten it for many decades. But this product is horrible! I purchased 3 during a special. Tried to eat 1 and the other 2 I will be returning for a refund. I do not recommend this product.
