Worked great for foot stress fracture. Didn't want to have cast and almost waited too long to order about 7 weeks in with fracture. Once you get used to wearing it's like walking on air and was able to ambulate without pain getting my shopping done. After 8 weeks of wear my foot was better. I highly recommend!
I broke my fourth metatarsal bone on my right foot. This boot stabilizes it so it doesn't hurt when I walk and is helping to speed the healing. It is comfortable and easy to put on. I did have to use the extra padding that was supplied with it for a tighter fit. There were no instructions for that though.
The Tairibousy Short Air Walker Boot provided excellent support and stability during recovery from a foot and ankle injury. It was comfortable to wear, lightweight, and easy to adjust for a secure fit. The air cushion feature added extra comfort and helped reduce pressure while walking. The boot felt sturdy and supportive without being too bulky, making it easier to move around throughout the day. The straps were easy to fasten, and the overall design helped promote a more comfortable recovery process. Overall, it's a reliable and supportive option for foot fractures, sprains, or ankle recovery.
I love being able to order and have it delivered or shipped to my house as I am homebound and I'm sure there are other people in my same situation and I have recommended Walmart to all that I know thank you so much for this opportunity and I hope that we can continue using their service
This boot, though supportive for a soft tissue injury, broke after only a couple days of moderate use. We were able to fix it with a bolt but a couple of days later the other side broke. Additionally, the boot squeaks and creaks while walking. We tried adjusting it many ways but the noise was constant.
Terrible fit. Size chart is way off. Definitely order size down if you order this boot at all. I don't do reviews but this was super disappointing when I received it. Inflation didn't work, 3 inches of boot past my toes, and the back Velcro that holds the liner to the back of the boot is SO LOUD when walking. Not usable on a left foot, it angled outward and looks like you have a shoe on the wrong foot.
The air bladder in my original walking boot that I got from my Podiatrist broke. because I've been in a walking boot for quite a while, so I thought I would buy a spare walking boot and possibly use the air bladder in my current boots since it looks exactly the same however, when I got the boot, the boot is not made of anything durable. It is like a cheap toy that if you step on it, you can actually feel the hard plastic pieces of the mold on your foot. Not good. If you have a foot problem the bottom of the base is cardboard. It is made of the least quality plastic junk I have ever seen. This would never qualify as a durable medical supply. If you have problems with your foot or ankle, do not buy this boot, and on top of the boot being made junkie the stitching on the liner is not only crooked. It's itchy. It's like having fiberglass on your foot or an itchy dryer sheet. There is nothing good or quality in this boot. Save your money go elsewhere.
I ordered this from Walmart because I recently had my toes removed on my right foot, all of my knuckles removed on my right foot, my bunion removes on my right foot thankfully, and one metatarsal removed on my right foot. I was in a knee-high boot and my doctor told me that I could go to a calf high boot I was excited so I ordered this and I'm still waiting for it to get here from China at which point Walmart was supposed to issue me a refund and that was like 8 weeks ago. So when they told me that they were going to issue me a refund I looked up one on Amazon, became a prime member, and had my new one within a week and a half and that one is doing so wonderful that I cannot begin to sing the praises of that company.
Was not comfortable for me. I severed my posterior tibialis tendon over a year ago and my ankle is severely misaligned. This boot pressed against my protruding anterior ankle bone and was quite uncomfortable. Good quality product with good interior padding but not the right device for me.
This is the worst CAM boot I've ever used and when I tore my right achilles, I spent a lot of time in one. Now I am dealing with a left tendon injury. The straps that hold your foot in wrap around the hard plastic base and that is just too big. There is a button to inflate the inner part and on day 1, that worked fine. When I tried to use the boot on day 2, it had deflated and wouldn't re-inflate, so even with the extra padding, my foot slides and moves around . I am an adult, 5'3 with a size 8 foot. My previous boot was medium, so I have the right size. Normally a CAM boot eases the pain while keeping the foot immobilized. I am close to just not using it. It almost makes my foot feel worse as it slides around. Upon closer inspection, I think there is a hole in whatever it is That I am attempting to pump up. Do not buy this brand. I got 1 day use. It also is leaving marks on our kitchen floor, something else I didn't have to deal with before. This boot is cheaply made and way too expensive for the garbage provided. The lack of stability is causing more pain including in the knee of the foot wearing it. That unless pump as shown in the picture, is part of the reason you cannot make the strap tight enough.
