I don't like the quality of the bag it does not contain the orders . Litter spills out .

Assembly was impossible. there was no one to call for help. i would like to return

I bought this in June. The 2nd week, the spring on the waste flap fell apart. It doesn't last more than three days before it says full, and I have to change the bag for one cat. I have to wash it on a weekly basis, or the sensor gets blocked, and it won't clean itself. The barrel falls off the track on occasion, and it thumps as it goes around. I thought it would be less messy, but it's way more messy than a conventional box. It's impossible to add litter without tipping it upend or sticking your arms in there, gross. When taking off the bag, litter crumbs fall all over, and oftentimes in the hinge holes, which is impossible to get cleaned out even with a vacuum, and it won't shut properly, there is a gap between the cover and base. Tge litter in the bottom is never truly cleaned. It just sticks to the rubber, and again, hands go in to try and scrape it off. it's a soggy mess. i have tried every litter they have recommended, and nothing works to fix these problems. I figured at this price point, it would have been a better choice than some, unfortunately its not.
