i love the sleek look and functionality of this water bottle. the wide opening allows me to use my 2" square craft ice cubes, keeping my drink cold. The screw on lid and drinking lid must both be used due to the threading, but i like the drinking spout. Nice capacity!
Plenty of volume and comfortable handle to carry. Great for athletes or people who don't want to get up to fill up their water bottle every 5 minutes. Plus, the immovable handle on top of the lid makes it so that if you were in danger, this would be great for self defense. When full, this thing weighs like 5-10 lbs. Thus, this becomes a great melee tool if you are in danger. A right hook with a 10 lb metal water bottle could save your life.
The best bottle for drinking water. The only thing of concern is the clear plastic twist-on. Everything else is heavy-duty. Great for gym water refills. It won't shatter or break but it's difficult to remove the plastic piece from the lid if you tightened it too much. I'd get another if needed.
its not getting 5 because they can be a bear to open. im conflicted because im 56 and it may just be me. i have to be cautious when i fill to tighten JUST enough and each time i put the lid i cant just crank it because it moves the main piece i cant open. ive literally had to deploy plyers. no joke. that oring is NOT ever going to leak!! so it gets 4! a solid 4. they are great bottles. ive got 2 50s and a 32. they fit my needs perfectly.
Use it for WATER ONLY!!! If you use it for any sugary drinks (smoothies, etc) you will need an oil filter wrench!! That's what I ended up having to use. It does keep anything cold for over 12 hours (that's as long as I've tried it). Can't comment on hot drinks because I haven't used it for that purpose. Overall, It's a solid metal water bottle that keeps liquids cold and has a wide mouth for thicker drinks, like smoothies. I really like it, I just wish it wasn't so freaking hard to open after use.
I don't know why I keep buying these. I absolutely love the design, the amount of eater it holds is perfect. I have one and all my kids have their own as well but we are clumsy and sometimes they get knocked over and as soon as you drop this thing once the mouth piece cracks. I think I might have to stop buying them.
I love how long this tumbler holds ice. I like the handle and the color. However there is a serious flaw with the lid. Four some reason it gets really tight and is nearly impossible to remove. I've noticed that when there is a little ice water remaining it's a little easier but even that is an uncertainty. I really wanted to love this cup. If the lid could be fixed I would buy 3 of them.
Sad because I have only had this water bottle for about a month or two and it's been great so far but now it has suctioned itself so tightly on top that we are unable to get it off. I mean I've let multiple people try to open it to no avail. There's nothing I can do about it now I guess I'll just have to throw away considering I can't open the top
I love the water bottle the design and everything keeps your beverages cold but that lid the clear lid. It's hard to remove. I have placed the water bottle on the freezer and helped once to open the lid but after that doing it again didn't help I've closed the somewhat tight and still doesn't open.
The main purpose for my purchase was the wide opening. Ironically, that's the reason i had to throw it away. I would get stuck si tightly that tools had to be used to try and get it off after every other effort was tried. I was very disappointed because every other feature was perfect
