Bad smell, poor support
First thing I noticed upon opening is the smell, awful. Very little to no support, my neck and shoulders hurt. Big price, big disappointment. Waited a week for these...

To soft, high loft yes, but when you lay your head on it no support.

Not as advertised. Stained.
Pillow was not 5.5" tall - it's narrower. Measured at 4.75". There was also a yellow liquid stain on the pillow when arrived.
