Tales of Arise (Other)

This is my first Tales game and I lived to tell the tale. I am not sure how it stacks up to the many others int he franchise but I am loving it so far!

The real standout is the combat. It's fast, fluid real-time action with a good mix of artes, boost attacks, and party synergy that feels satisfying once you get the hang of it. Visuals are a big upgrade for the series—lush environments with a striking watercolor-inspired look—and the soundtrack (especially the battle themes) hits hard. It's not perfect. The back half can drag with some padding, spongier enemies, and uneven pacing, and certain systems feel a bit restrictive early on. Still, for most of its 40–50 hour runtime it stays engaging.

Great game like the combat style, and the story in this game is awesome. The loading times are fast, and characters keep you interactive in the game.

This is a fantastic game! It contains all the elements for an exciting and engaging JRPG. the story has depth and you come to really care about the characters. Highly recommended if you enjoy this type of game!

My daughter likes role playing games and anime. This looked like it would fit for both. She said "yes" when we were looking at ps5 games to go with the new system. Christmas gift, so we'll find out soon.

item was not in the box and the plastic had been opened and resealed. I sent it back immediately, didnt even bother trying open it was too light. didnt even get a chance for a picture.
