Had this backpack for a while now and no problems. I love all the compartments and the padding so I don't have to worry about damaging my belongings.

I didn't notice until the backpack was shipped to me, but the first picture is a different backpack than the second picture. I wanted what the first picture offered. I'm missing a whole other compartment which would be a zipper second to the back big compartment. The buckles on the sides to make it not as big but ability to make it a bigger backpack if you want to stuff it bigger, which, I didn't get that like I wanted. I got a smaller backpack and now I'm wondering if the size mentioned for this backpack in the description is even accurate. I still have yet to measure. It's supposed to be just barely smaller than the size of bag you can use as a “personal bag” size that you put under a seat on an airplane. I got this for my son and my bag that I usually take, is bigger than his backpack.
