Excellent Cajun Cookbook
I received my first copy of Talk About Good! as a new bride 55 years ago(this is my third copy). It is compiled of recipes from women in the Lafayette, La. area; good, Cajun home-cooking from a time before Cajun food was popular. This should be a standard in a cook's library. I give it as a gift to new brides. The original soft cover has been upgraded to a hard cover, which is a plus.
